Delivery Schedule

At Laserpics we pride ourselves on a speedy, reliable and efficient service. We aim to deliver all our personalised crystal gifts within 10 days of order placement. However, we cannot make any guarantees in this respect. Factors that may disrupt our normal service include order queries or changes, unforeseen technical difficulties, Public Holidays, industrial action outside our control, and any such similar events. If we anticipate a lengthy delay with your order we will forewarn you.

Express Service

At all times we endeavour to be flexible and accommodate special requirements. If you have a specific time limit for your personalised crystal gift, please call us first and advise us. Similarly, if you require an express service for a last minute surprise gift or forgotten birthday, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. There may be additional costs incurred for express service and delivery and we will advise you accordingly.

Shipping and Handling

All personalised crystals and gifts are despatched to UK mainland addresses by 2^nd class, registered post. If you require your items to be posted 1^st class or by next day delivery, please advise us and we will inform you of any additional postage costs. For goods to be despatched to addresses outside the UK mainland, we will confirm delivery arrangements and costs with you before proceeding with your order, or charging your account.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

All of our gifts and personalised crystals are carefully packaged by Laserpics and sent by dependable carriers. There is a standard charge of £2.95 made by us per single item, and £4.95 for two or more products, to cover the cost of postage and packing. Before signing for receipt of your order, signifying its safe delivery, please check for signs of any damage. In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace it free of charge.
