Medical Tags
Have your name, medical condition and emergency contact number engraved onto one of our tags. In the event of any emergency all your details are easily accessible. Medical tags are available either on a necklace or as a keyring.
All tags have the medical logo on the reverse with the words Meditag below.
They are available in large or small.
Small tags measure 35mm x 22mm x 1.25mm approx.
Large tags measure 50mm x 29mm x 1.25mm approx
Necklaces are 26" ball chain. All tags are nickel free and rhodium (silver colour) plated for safer sales within the EU
