Laserpics is committed to offering a quality service that delivers full customer satisfaction. We use state-of-the art laser engraving machines and sophisticated CAD systems and software. This enables us to work with all types of photographs and digital images.
Our Promise to You
Your custom is of paramount importance to us and we will do our utmost to ensure total satisfaction. Where personalised gifts are involved, the end result of image reproduction is always dependant upon the quality of the original picture or artwork. If any marks or details appear on your personalised crystal gift that are not present on the photograph, we will of course be happy to offer a full refund, or a replacement at no extra cost.
Returns
All of our personalised crystal gifts come gift boxed and are carefully wrapped and packaged before despatch. In the event of any package being damaged in transit, we recommend that you do not take delivery of any such item by signing for its receipt. Instead, please contact us and we will take the issue up on your behalf with the delivery service and investigate the matter.
