Making A Purchase
Purchasing from Khiarnista Crystals should be a pleasure. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
In the case of personalised items it is necessary to provide your personalisation requirements. There is an upload facility available from the order confirmation page or you can simply email your engraving requirements - wording, position on item, style of font etc. If your order requires photographs from you please attach digital photos to your email reply or alternative postage instructions if you need us to work from existing prints.
We may contact you before processing your order if we require confirmation or clarification of your requirements. Your order will be processed promptly upon receipt of your reply and normally be despatched next working day. You must own the copyright of all photographs used or have the permission of the copyright owner.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Payment is made at point of ordering. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, email, mail or over the Internet. A bank approved Java encryption system is used to protect your credit card details over the internet for your security. If however you would still prefer not to send your cards details in this way please telephone or post them through. We do not advise using email for security reasons.
In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Deliveries are normally made by first class post to UK mainland addresses. For addresses outside the UK mainland we will confirm delivery arrangements and cost with you before proceeding with your order or charging your account.
Delivery Schedule
We normally despatch your order within 5 working days. We welcome telephone and email enquiries if you are unsure about any aspect of our service or you have particular requests. You will be surprised just how flexible and creative we can be to accommodate your requirements.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from or delivered within the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy
Khiarnista Crystals do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
Any photographs submitted as part of your order will be stored in digital formats on our computer systems whilst your order is being processed. Copies of these photographs in certain formats used to produce your order items will be retained on our systems for a period after your order is fulfilled in case of query or requests for repeats. However unless otherwise advised, all copies will be deleted from our systems between 1 week to a maximum of 13 weeks after completion of your order according to our file management deletion cycle. If you wish your images to be deleted immediately after completion of your order please advise and we will ensure this is carried out.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm . Note that personalised goods purchased from us will normally fall under the clause 13(c) exceptions to these regulations if you were to change your mind about your purchase.
